Fiskars cookies

  • To collect visual behaviour data on the user via the Hotjar tool and trigger content such as surveys based on the behaviour
  • To properly enable of content via Facebook
  • To show recommendations to the user if they have already visited the site
  • To enable the AddThis social sharing site JavaScript on the client side to make sure the user sees the updated count if they share a page
  • To identify the user if he/she is logged in. Anonymous users do not get this cookie from Symfony
  • To keep the user´s list of comparable items stored for another session
  • To store the preferred language in a cookie for automatic redirection on www3.fiskars.com.

Fiskars also uses AdWords for conversion tracking and retargeting. These are 3rd part cookies with a 90 days and 2 years lifetime. 

Google cookies

Fiskars uses Google Analytics to analyse the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The data generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the site. In short, these are the tasks performed by Google cookies:
